Hello everyone this is my first foray into blog writing so I hope that you will bear with me. I am Carie and I have started this business with my husband, Derek. I am a quilter and a teacher of quilting and we are based in North Wales, UK. We decided to start this business as we felt that there was a gap in the local market for a quilt business especially with our USP of bright colours and bold quilts, we also cater for other quilters and crafters.
We are based in The Malthouse, Regent Street, Llangollen and at the present time we are operating an online business, as you we know as this is published on our website. We hope in the future we may be able to extend into premises that will allow us the room to have a permanent shop but at the moment we are having Pop Up Shops here at the Malthouse on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. This Saturday 5th October is our very first event and we are very excited. Pop along and see us as we will always have complimentary tea/coffee and cake/biscuits for everyone.
My workshop will also be open so if you want to have a look around, get some tips on a project you are doing or one you would like to try them I am more than happy to help. We could also discuss any classes or workshops that you would like to take part in. If you have never done patchwork and/or quilting and have always wanted to try then come along for a chat
